Yes, in most cases. We’ll discuss your injury history before you start and adapt exercises where needed so you can train safely and confidently.
Our coach-led group sessions are limited to a maximum of 12 people, so you’ll always receive guidance, support and personal attention.
Yes. We offer one-to-one and partner personal training for people who want more individual coaching, support or flexibility.
